U-plumber is a platform for matching the demand and supply of plumbing services in real-time. Available nearby plumbers will be visible on the map of the customer app. Customers can simply submit a request and wait for an offer from the provider.

The number of available providers is limited. Each provider has their own expertise and available spare parts on hand to perform the emergency job. To eliminate the long traveling time, it will help them get to the customer faster.

U-Plumber provider platform allows providers to select their preferred service types and service areas so they can see the service request in real-time.  

Customers also have an option to submit an open offer request so they can receive multiple offers from providers and be able to choose the best one. Once the provider accepts the lead and starts a job, the customer can communicate with the provider.

After the job is complete, the provider will deliver the job to the app, customers have the choice to accept or request a modification. U-Plumber will make sure that each customer is satisfied with the job. Customers may rate the provider and write a review for each job. This will help the others know about that provider.
